Is Meyar a monthly subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. The model is a custom project sold once, and you own it. Annual hosting and after-sales services are optional and bought only when you need them.

Who owns the system and the data after handover?

You do. The project and the data belong to your facility. If you choose the cloud subscription in your own name, even the infrastructure sits directly under your name.

Where is my patients' data stored?

Inside Saudi Arabia in both cases: whether we host for you, or we connect your own cloud subscription. The data is encrypted and carries a full audit log.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on scope. A simple dispensary starts at a few weeks, while multi-branch projects with external integrations take longer. We state the timeline in writing in the quote.

Can it connect to a system we already use?

In most cases, yes. We review your current system and its APIs, then define the integration scope and price as a separate add-on.

Are the apps published under our name?

Yes. We release both apps in your facility's brand and on its App Store and Google Play accounts, and we handle publishing and updates.

What if we need a feature that doesn't exist?

We build it. New feature development is an after-sales service with its own scope and price, and the update becomes part of your version.

Support packages with agreed response levels, in Arabic and within your working hours, covering fixes, security updates and hands-on help for your team.
